About Maria

I have 9 years of experience. I have worked at an after school program, at a summer camp, and at a Childhood Daycare Center. Including, babysitter/nanny for a couple of years. I have worked for ages ranging from 6 months old to 12 years. I've always known from a young age I wanted to be an educator. I have a bachelors degree in Special Education and Childhood Education from grades 1-6. I have subbed before at Springs School and did my student teaching full time at John Marshall Elementary School. I love to not only teach children learning skills but also to explore the world with them and watch them grow! I am very energetic and everything I do I try my best to make it fun while learning! I love to be outdoors, do arts&crafts, read, sing, and dance! I hope to have your child's day full of fun learning and adventures!
