About Maria

Maria was a nanny for our son for about three years, and she was nothing short of exceptional. She is reliable, trustworthy and communicative. She was incredibly intentional about keeping him engaged and social — regular trips to the library, concerts, story time, the splash pad, and she’s helped him build genuine friendships with other kids his age. She helped prepare delicious, diverse and healthy meals for or son as well as organizing and maintaining his playroom. She’s fluent in both English and Spanish and spoke to our son in Spanish every day, giving him a real head start with a second language. On top of that, she was very flexible and accommodating. My husband and I both have jobs with schedules that shift constantly, often with little notice, and Maria has never once made that feel like a problem. She respected our rules and expectations completely, and most importantly, she wad deeply loving and caring with our son — he adores her and her family. We had to move on when my son entered pre-school, but we love Maria and will miss her deeply. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
