For starters I will say that initially Maria seemed like a really nice girl we interviewed her. She explained to me she was a big sister and had lots of experience working with children. It wasn't until after we hired her and saw on camera how she really was. She stayed on her phone the entire time she was with our autistic son. our baby is very quiet and reserved. He loves to play and is very sweet but if you allow him to be on his iPad he will stay on it all day. She didn't once try to play with him. She sat at the kitchen island while he was in the living room by himself. Every time we checked the camera she was on her phone. she didn't realize we had a camera so she just stayed on her phone. It honestly makes me soo soo sad even thinking about it. I hope that anyone looking to hire this person sees this review and takes caution. It's extremely hard to find dependable, loving and caring people, i would hate for any other parent to experience this.
