Elena is professional and responds quickly to messages and requests. She took care of our two children (18-months and 5 years) for the first time today. She actively engaged with the children by reading books, counting fingers, playing. She also took the baby outside for a walk in the morning. After feeding the children, she cleaned the dishes and kitchen. She followed all the details I specified. We are hiring her again next week!
