About Maria

I'm an experienced career nanny with years of childcare experience, caring for children from infancy through age 13. I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Social Work, and I'm passionate about supporting children's emotional, social, and developmental growth. I also spent three years working as a homeschool teacher, an experience I thoroughly enjoyed! I'm energetic, patient, creative, and love keeping children engaged through meaningful activities. Some of my favorites include visiting museums, exploring libraries, spending time outdoors, cooking, and baking. I believe children learn best through curiosity, creativity, and hands-on experiences. I'm also passionate about continuing my own education and am currently expanding my knowledge of American Sign Language while refreshing my Spanish skills. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and free to be themselves. I look forward to connecting with your family!
