I am the second daughter of a big family, and ever since I could remember I had the great opportunity of being around children, taking care of my youngest brothers, sisters and cousins. Then I got married and had my own children and when they started elementary school, I was working as a babysitter for some of my children's friends. Because every child is different, time and patience is required in order to fully understand their needs which is an area that I have experience in. For me, it is important to have constant communication with the parents, and apply the family's rules. I prefer to do hands on activities rather than just watch TV or play video games. And it is necessary that the child has a daily routine in order to be occupied, learning and having fun. I have experience with children from the 6 months older to 12 years. I am a middle aged person, married, our son is in college. We live in Kendall. We are from Colombia. I have more than 20 years of living in this country. I was working in the hotel business industry before. I like to play sports, run, ride bike, do arts and crafts, cook, etc.
