About Maria

Nurturing young minds and supporting families is truly my passion. My 10 years of childcare experience, combined with my 13 years working with women, infants and children as a nutritionist for the New York State WIC Program in major city hospitals have equipped me with the skills to provide engaging and responsible care for children. In addition, I am a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and I possess a Spanish-English Medical Interpreter Certificate. I'm patient, friendly, and enjoy playing educational games that encourage learning. I am happy to help with preparing simple meals/snacks and light housekeeping. I communicate with parents through their preferred method, and always follow their lead when enforcing household rules. Although I don't possess a car currently, I have a clean driving record for over 30 years. As a mother of two, it would be my pleasure to bring my experience and dedication to your family, creating a positive and enriching environment for your little ones.
