Hi! My name is Maria, and I have over two years of experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), supporting children with special needs, including autism. I am currently a clinical supervisor accruing hours, enrolled in a master's program, and am on track to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) next year. I bring a calm, patient, and compassionate approach to childcare, with a strong focus on positive behavior support, structure, and safety. My professional background allows me to confidently support children with varying developmental and behavioral needs while creating a nurturing, fun, and predictable environment.
