I truly have never met someone so uncaring & un thankful. Please stay away from hiring Maria. Her résumé sells some thing that she is not. And unfortunately she has let us down tremendously, and has now ghosted us for the weekend, which has left us obviously very stressed. After barely 2 months of working for us, she asked for a raise bc of her main job & demanded more hours. She lets the kids cry & is not hands on. I truly am so terrified that she works with kids & behaves the way she does.
