I really am fulfilled helping out seniors. I've been doing this for many years, off and on. I have no parents or grandparents so it's nice to have them around. I think I'm pretty good at being patient and caring. As a caregiver I have helped feed, help move (ambulation), helped keep active, remind to take rx, kept company, encouraged, bathed, filed nails, painted nails, and done hair. I have done very well dealing with dementia, depression, and confusion. I do prefer 1 time or temp jobs, bi-weekly, 1x per month, e. t. c. I can cover your regular helper's sick days, vacation time, etc. I can respond immediately if an urgent matter is needed. I can also do odds and ends, run errands, e. t. c.
