margo is amazing with my son. she started with us full time when he was 4 months and she is still our babysitter now at 16mo. i would have loved to keep her as our full time nanny but i started a job that offered free daycare so he transitioned there. she spoke to him in spanish, took him for walks, played and read with him. she’s very sweet and an amazing caregiver. would recommend to anyone with an infant or toddler.
