I specialize in early literacy skills, including phonemic awareness and sound-symbol correspondence. I have worked primarily with elementary aged (K-6) students with speech and language disorders and other developmental and learning disabilities. I also have experience working with preschool, middle school and high school students. I want to help your child be engaged in their learning, and feel successful no matter what task is presented.

Margarita was a wonderful help for our first graders and kindergartner with providing language arts practice and exercises. She always arrived early and prepared. Our daughters loved their time with her and look forward to when they can resume their lessons with Ms. Margie!
