About Margaret

Fostering a child's growth and witnessing their progress is my true passion! I have three years of experience working with young children in daycare, behavioral health, and educational settings. For one year, I worked as a Behavioral Health Professional (BHP), serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in a center-based community with children ages 2-5. In this role, I worked closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, helping children on the autism spectrum develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I also have experience working in a kindergarten classroom through my Early Childhood Education coursework, as well as in a daycare. I enjoy crafts, reading, educational games, puzzles, and imaginative play. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, happy to help with meals and routines, and committed to providing safe, nurturing, and dependable care.
