Maggie was employed by me as a caregiver to both my mother and father during a very difficult time in their lives. I had interviewed many candidates for the position before I finally met Maggie. I knew after the first five minutes of the interview that she was an absolute gem of a person. Maggie provided loving companionship and fun activities for my parents, both who were struggling physically and mentally. Within the first week, my mother turned to Maggie and said, “You will be my forever friend.” My mother was always very intuitive and a great judge of character, so this statement speaks volumes of the positivity, and love that Maggie exudes.In addition, Maggie is an honest, sincere, patient and gentle soul who added such comfort to my aging parents at a critical time in their lives. Maggie especially excelled in assisting, redirecting and helping my father who struggled with dementia. He trusted Maggie implicitly and was very comfortable with her. Maggie is creative and hard-working and easily figured out how to bring out the best in both my mother and father. My parents were so lucky to have had Maggie in their lives. Maggie brought love, kindness and fun to them. I will be forever grateful for the outstanding job that she brought to my beautiful parents.
