LOOKING FOR SUMMER - PART TIME : I am a fun, loving, playful, and experienced child care giver looking for part-time sitting! I have worked for several families - long term - during the last 10 plus years. My back ground includes life long involvement in childcare. I trained as a teacher, and even as a new mother I took in other children so that I could stay home during the first years. Later I worked in Public Schools My role these last years has been to be flexible! I shuttle children to and from activities, have lots of fun, make meals, help with homework, and keep the home neat and ready for the parents' return. Regular weekend date nights and overnight sitting during parent get-a-ways are common. I have absolutely loved my time with my families and the close relationship that we built. I am very flexible.

We have worked with Margaret for the last 2 years, and she is absolutely exceptional! She is extremely reliable, an excellent communicator, and amazing with our two boys (age 11 and 13) - who adore her. She has tons of energy and was enthusiastic about talking about and playing whatever game my sports-obsessed boys are interested in at the moment. She is so knowledgeable, experienced, thoughtful, and pays such careful attention to the boys that I sought out her advice when feeling stuck with adolescent parenting. We simply adore her, and feel unbelievably lucky to have had her in our lives. We cannot continue to work with her only because we are moving out of state, but I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
