About Margaret

Hello, I've been working with children since I started babysitting at 13. I am enjoying staying home full-time with my 2-year-old son. I'm open to begin nannying again with my son in-tow. I love working with families who just need a little help a few days a week, as it can be difficult juggling parenthood with everything else. I've taught kid's yoga, meditation, knitting, and French, throughout the community. I'm very active, so one of my favorite requests from parents is to help kids burn off extra energy. I also have a full children's library, so think it's also fun to pack a snack and read or relax on a blanket under a beautiful tree. I was a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons for 6 years, so I am very comfortable around water. After that, I worked as a Girl Scout's Camp Director for 2 summers, so do well with both structured and unstructured activities. I'm happy to answer any additional questions. -Maggie
