I have been a primary care giver for my younger sister since I was old enough to care for myself. I cared for my sister G , diagnosed with Rett Syndrome at the age of 2, for 12 years along with her other care givers until she passed away April 2019. In addition to my sister, I cared for my Nana who passed away 2020 from Alzheimer's. I took care of a college student with cerebral palsy for over a year which included baths, feeding, bathroom etc. I live with my parents, my younger sister L , and 2 older brothers with 2 dogs and 2 cats!! I have definitely learned a lot between my sister and my Nana however I have also babysat for 5 years now, different ages starting from a 3-month-old baby. I am great with children and love to engage with them and have fun!
