About Marci

Hi! My name is Marci, and I have over 20 years of experience working with children in both home and school settings. I've worked as a nanny, preschool teacher, head teacher, and program director, giving me a deep understanding of child development and how to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for kids of all ages. As a mom of three amazing boys myself, I know how important it is for parents to feel confident leaving their children with someone they trust. I believe in learning through play, creativity, outdoor time, and building strong, positive relationships with the children I care for. I'm reliable, patient, organized, and love creating fun activities that support learning and development.
