Hello Parents, My name is Marcia, and I have over 25 years of experience as a nanny. I was born and raised in the Caribbean, where family and community are at the heart of everything we do--and I bring those same values into my childcare. As a proud mother of four and grandmother of one, I understand how important it is to find someone loving, patient, and reliable to care for your children. Over the years, I've had the joy of working with families from newborns to teens, creating safe and nurturing environments where children can grow, learn, and feel loved.
