About Marcia

Hello! My name is Marcia and I just recently resigned as a substitute teacher with Arlington ISD. Prior to moving to this area, I was a high school, World History teacher. I decided after moving here that I didn't want to teach full time, but rather be a substitute teacher! That was 19 years ago!! I'm the mother of 3 grown, married daughters and I have 8 grandchildren; 5 have either finished college; attending college or one is a current firefighter! I've always enjoyed children and helping them learn to be good, productive, kind and helpful people! I'd like to be a Granny figure to your children! I'm able to take and pick up children from school. I'm very respectful of you, the parent, so I would give my utmost attention to caring for your children as if they were my own. I do not speak Spanish although I know some words but not enough to carry on a conversation. Hopefully you will need my help with your children and you'll find me to be just your right choice!
