About Marcia

My name is Marcia and I am an older woman myself, however, I have energy! I have been taking care of seniors for over 13 years and I love it! I have developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of elderly individuals. I am competent and experienced with medication management, meal preparation, personal care assistance, and companionship. I am committed to providing respectful and dignified care that promotes independence and well-being. For the past 13+ years, I have been taking care of seniors with memory issues (2 long term positions of 5+ years and 1 short term.) The only reason that I am no longer with these seniors is because their memory issues progressed so that they needed to go into assisted living/memory care. For my last long-term position, I managed the entire household from groceries to yard maintenance. I have a strong dedication to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and have excellent references!
