For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate and reliable care to seniors and adults. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with some college education, I'm deeply passionate about supporting well-being and independence, making a positive impact on lives, and offering families a trustworthy care solution. My approach is patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I keep families informed with written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone calls. Earning trust is paramount to building strong connections. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I offer respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, errands, shopping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I'm also comfortable with pets. I speak English and Portuguese (Brazil). It would be my honor to bring my experience and caring spirit to your family.
