I am a mother to a 7-year-old son who's in second grade. With my career I have been a nanny/caregiver, tutor, certified teacher, special education teacher, school principal, behavior Specialist and more! I have provided care for children and adults of all ages. I have experience working with people who have developmental delays, physical impairments, medical needs/medically fragile, sensory impairments (deaf/hard of hearing and blind/visually impaired), autism spectrum, behavioral needs and many more more! I've also worked with children and adults that have very mild special needs all the way to individuals that are impacted profoundly and are medically involved. I've also worked in numerous capacities with typically developing children- whether it is s sibling of a child with special needs or just another family I work with. :) I always provide individualized care for all children/adults.

Marcelle cared for my son while I was working in my classroom, and I always felt completely comfortable leaving him with her. She is patient, dependable, creative, and especially skilled at understanding and supporting neurodivergent children. She keeps everything very clean and organized and has plenty of fidgets, games, and fun activities available. She is always coming up with creative ideas to keep children engaged rather than simply putting them in front of a screen. Marcelle has also helped my son with learning activities and briefly cared for our puppy. I would highly recommend her for child care, tutoring, or pet care.
