About Marceia

Hello, my name is Marcy! I am a PSU alumni, with a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in child maltreatment and advocacy studies. I prefer the Montessori-inspired or child-led learning approaches but ultimately follow parental preference. I have 12 years of experience working with children. I am also a former assistant group supervisor that has worked with children ranging in ages 0-15 years but have been a full-time nanny for the last two years. I have previous training in first-aid as well as CPR. I am educated in child development and childrearing practices. I do not smoke, and have my own transportation. My rates are negotiable dependent on whether the family is comfortable with me bringing my 3-year-old son.
