About Mar

I have two years of daycare experience and two years of professional nanny experience with two different families. The most recent was with a 2-3-year-old, the other family with twin 1-2-year-olds and a 3-4-year-old. I'm currently beginning my search for a full-time job starting mid-July. Some fun facts: I love to swing dance, read, and learn languages. My native language is English, I fluently speak Japanese, and I'm learning Korean! I love being outside and being present in the world around me. I also just finished up six months of traveling, mostly in Asia! My style when taking care of children is attentive and engaging. I love encouraging children to interact with the world, and I believe every situation can be a fun learning experience. I enjoy being silly and singing songs to kids, and I love getting to know their personalities.
