About Mara

Nurturing children's growth and well-being is my passion. My previous babysitting experiences ignited a desire to positively impact young lives, which is why I am pursuing a nursing degree with aspirations of becoming a pediatric nurse. For the past three years, I have worked in an emergency department. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I have two years of childcare experience caring for children ages 1-12+. I am comfortable caring for up to three children. I enjoy outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational activities. I always follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate updates through your preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my calm energy and enthusiasm to your family!
