About Maram

I'm an experienced educator with more than 20 years in education, supporting students, teachers, families, and schools. I specialize in helping school-aged students build academic skills, confidence, independence, and effective learning habits. My approach is patient, encouraging, and individualized. I work to understand how each student learns, identify where they may be struggling, and provide support that meets them where they are. I can assist with homework, reading and writing, study skills, organization, executive functioning, and general academic support. As both an educator and a parent, including parenting a child with special needs, I understand that academic success isn't one-size-fits-all. I'm especially comfortable working with students who benefit from additional structure, patience, or a different approach to learning. My goal is not just to help students complete an assignment, but to help them become more confident and capable learners.
