About Mandilyn

Working with kids lets me use my creativity for fun and educational activities that help them grow. I love being a positive role model and making a difference in their lives. Watching them develop new skills and gain confidence is very rewarding. I began working with kids at 16, starting at a home daycare I attended as a child. I later became a teacher's assistant at a local Montessori daycare. Since 2023, I have been teacher certified by Oregon's Early Childhood department and hold various certificates, including safe sleep for infants. In my spare time, I enjoy learning different instruments, including piano, clarinet, guitar, and ukulele. I also like going to the gym and practicing jiu jiu. A lot of my free time is also spent babysitting my 3 - and 6-year-old cousins.
