About Mallory

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, creative, and patient. I like caring for others because it's meaningful and fulfilling work. I see caregiving as an invaluable opportunity for growth while supporting someone during life's most vulnerable moments. My caregiving journey began when a loved one was diagnosed with Stage 3 brain cancer (solitary fibrous tumor). At the time of the diagnosis, she was full-time caregiving for my grandmother, who has late stage dementia. I stepped up to the task of caregiving for both full-time. This included mobility assistance, feeding, bathing/dressing, and medication management for a period of 8 months.
