About Malinda

I'd describe my personality as kind, empathetic, dependable. I like caring for seniors because often times our seniors are overlooked when they need someone the most. I'm looking for a job where I can help someone improve their quality of life in addition to making a human connection. I started caring for seniors when I was in my late 20's early 30's. In my spare time, I like to do crafts, beadwork, watch documentaries. baking/cooking, and time with pets. One thing you should know about me is I am very a empathetic person. I am a very diligent person at encouraging/recommending positive steps to improve (my) person's life. Also a big believer in encouraging self determination whenever possible. My skills include cooking, creating/following routines, ADLs. I have taken care of people with Alzheimer's/dementia, Cardiac/stroke issues & Cancer.
