About Malika

I am a well-experienced mother with 7 years of hands-on experience caring for children. I have a deep passion for nurturing and fostering the growth and development of young minds. Throughout my years I've helped guided children through Montessori play, directed camps and youth programs, I have honed my skills in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play. I have a keen understanding of child development and am adept at tailoring activities to suit each child's unique interests and needs. I'm looking for a job that will provide flexibility in my schedule with my child while being to support my family as well. I started working with kids when I was a preteen at 13. One thing you should know about me is I'm a full-time infant and toddler teacher who will be transitioning to part-time soon to fulfill a proper work-life balance for my family and I. My top will be Providing Safety, communication to families, organization skills and detail oriented.
