Hi, I'm Malikah, BSN, RN, a Registered Nurse with more than 10 years of nursing experience, specializing in dialysis, chronic disease management, and caring for patients with complex medical needs. Throughout my nursing career, I've had the privilege of caring for patients in both clinical and home-based settings. My experience includes hemodialysis and home dialysis, medication management, patient assessments, care coordination, health education, and ongoing monitoring of chronic medical conditions. I'm now offering private duty nursing services to individuals and families who want experienced, compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of home. My goal is to provide the clinical expertise of an experienced nurse while giving each client the time, attention, dignity, and personalized care that can sometimes be difficult to receive in a busy hospital.
