About Malika

Hi, my name is Malika. It is an honor to work with seniors as they have always been the ones to take care of everyone else around them and i'am very passionate in assisting with being the one to take care of them now that they need it. I have worked in Senior care for almost 23 years. I started off in the kitchen, cooking and serving meals to the seniors then in the activities department facilitating and encouraging seniors to join activities and to socialize. I've also worked in reception at the same facility communicating with friends and family of residents, and also as a certified nursing aide assisting with bathroom use, bathing, grooming, changing clothes, hygiene routines and feeding. I have experience both in independent care and memory care.
