About Mali

March 3, 2014 To Whom It Mmay Concern: I am writing in reference to Mali. Mali was enrolled in the Child Guidance program during her junior and senior years of high school. The program works with 24 preschoolers and my students become the student teachers for the year long program. Mali had to have ten teacher references to be enrolled in the program. She taught preschoolers three days a week for the entire school year. She was in charge of developing and implementing lesson plans, working with parents, using positive guidance techniques, and being a productive member of a teaching team. She was very successful in all of these endeavors. Her school attendance was excellent. She maintained a high A average all year long. Mali showed many leadership qualities. She was fair, consistent, thorough, a good listener, and very honest. She showed a great deal of initiative. I considered her an excellent role model for our program. I am very confident that Mali would be outstanding in any endeavor. Sincerely, Susan
