She didn’t just “watch” my daughter, she interacted with her, supported her development, and made sure she felt heard and cared for. My daughter always looked forward to seeing her, which says everything. On top of that, Malia is friendly, respectful, and easy to communicate with. She kept me informed, followed instructions carefully, and consistently went above and beyond expectations.
