I've worked at a group home that houses six clients and on the weekends I worked as an AFL, live in, one on one. I have a variety of clients, so I'm constantly juggling different situations/scenarios throughout my work week. On a typical day I wait for them to come home from daily activities, I then start on showers. Next is dinner and nighttime meds. Clean up and then bedtime. Sometimes we'll have field trips or activities for the clients to do, so if that happens, we just work around their normal routine.
