About Makiya

I'd describe my personality as Outgoing, Observing, Fun Working with children can be enjoyable because each day is unique, and you can engage in activities and games with them. It's also rewarding because you can see them grow and achieve their full potential. I aspire to become a pediatric nurse so working with kids will always be a joy of mine. I'm looking for a job that involves fun, creativity, and some structure. I would like to work with someone energetic who creates a comfortable environment for not only myself but the child. I started working with kids about 2 years ago as an afterschool tutor for ages 5-8. Working with kids has taught me an abundance of patience and most importantly understanding. In my spare time, I like to watch movies, play video games, and occasionally arts and crafts. One thing you should know about me is that I can be quiet but once I am comfortable I am very outgoing and humorous. My skills include Creativity, Compassion, and Leadership.
