About Makenzie

Hello families, I am currently looking for a part-time nanny job in Boise! I am 20 years old and currently a Senior at Boise State University studying Elementary Education. I have a passion for teaching and working with children and it is my dream to become an Elementary teacher! I have worked at a preschool for 1+ years where I build close and warm relationships with young children, provide care for children including serving meals, diapering, and supervising, and develop age appropriate socialization skills in children. I also have experience as a dance teacher and worked with children closely, encouraging them and teaching them to dance. I have my child care license which means I am trained in early childhood education and CPR certified. I absolutely love connecting with children and building positive relationships! I am energetic, positive, and nurturing which I believe are traits that make me perfect for caring for children!
