About Makenna

I am currently 20 years old and a junior with hopes of pursuing a degree in Law. I am from Andover, Minnesota. I have two siblings, which one of them being younger who l have loved being able to cook for, bring to play at the park, take him to swimming lessons/sports, and take care of when my parents were working and busy. In high school, about once a month I would volunteer and help children with disabilities cook, make crafts, and do what they love. In high school, I earned my CPR certification. In college, I volunteer at an after school program at a nearby elementary school where I helped children with math, building crafts, and play with them at their school's park. This summer I worked at a nearby elementary school in a summer program called A plus! I truly enjoy helping and watching children light up when they learn new tasks and getting to be just a little part of that is so rewarding to me. I also adore dogs!
