Hi there my name is Makenna; I am 29 years old; I am currently a part time student at UVU I'll have my associates end of April; and working towards becoming an ASL teacher. I have 5 plus years of experience with Kids ages 5 to 18 years old. I have worked with kids on the spectrum; helped meet their life skills goals; and even hygiene goals; I am very patient and I love to be goofy with kids. My favorite experience was being a 1:1 with a kindergartner who had autism; and he loved to draw; and paint; we became best buds by the time he went to first grade. I know how to handle behaviors especially when kids go through challenging days. I know how to change diapers; and help with occasional meals. I am excited to see where my future takes me :)
