Makeda was phenomenal during both of our interviews. She is balanced, child-centric, passionate and has a good amount of experience working with infants and children. Her love for her work was very apparent and she came across as extremely reliable. Her previous manager of 5 years had nothing but great things to say about her dedication to her work and willingness to always go above and beyond. Our needs ultimately changed, but under different circumstances we would have moved forward with Makeda in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
