About Makayla

Working with animals reminds me stay present and enjoy the little things. Each animal has its own unique personality and that brings me a lot of joy in caring for them. I think working with animals can be really rewarding. I enjoy working with pet owners who value all that their pets bring to their lives and want strong care companions for their animals when they're away from home. I come from a family with many different types of pets including cats, dogs, fish, birds, turtles, chickens, chinchillas and more. Caring for them has followed me into early adulthood and gives me a balanced way to work while I continue my education. In my spare time, I enjoy reading doing puzzles, playing board games spending time with my friends and family and playing with my pets. My skills in caring for animals include medication dispensing, feeding, walking, light grooming, cleaning up messes, and giving lots of love and pets.
