Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's a genuine passion. My eight years of experience caring for children aged newborn to 11 have solidified my commitment to fostering their growth and development. I am patient, creative, and friendly, with a college degree and Early Child Development coursework that informs my approach. I was a camp counselor for 4 years in high school. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and enjoy engaging them with outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I communicate openly with parents through daily reports, verbal updates, and texts. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules. CPR training ensures I'm prepared for any situation. I'm happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. I speak both English and some French.
