About Makayla

Hi! I grew up with a house constantly full of kids. I have 2 younger sisters and 2 older brothers, and when they weren't home, my cousins were. I have education in psychology, which majorly focused on child development. I am excited to create a nurturing and safe environment with the families and children I cross paths with. I'd describe my personality as charismatic, grounded, and cheerful. I like working with kids because they are always excited about something, and happy to be here. It's a breath of fresh air. I'm looking for a job that fulfills my goals of gaining experience working with children by making me happy, and allowing me to have a positive effect on the child(ren) in my care. In my spare time, I like to read, binge documentaries, do puzzles.
