About Makayla

Hi! I'm MaKayla, and caring for others has been one of the most meaningful parts of my life. Most recently, I had the honor of helping care for my grandfather throughout his cancer journey. I helped coordinate appointments, managed day-to-day needs, provided emotional support, and was there to help him and my family navigate an incredibly difficult season. That experience deepened my compassion and reinforced how important it is for seniors and their families to have someone they can trust. In addition to caring for my grandfather, I've supported older family members with transportation, meal preparation, errands, light housekeeping, companionship, and helping them maintain as much independence as possible. I understand that every senior has unique needs, and I believe care should always be provided with patience, dignity, and respect.
