About Makala

Hello! My name is Makala. While in college I worked at a daycare for 6 months but unfortunately it wasn't flexible enough to match my schedule for my classes so I had to quit. I graduated from Eastern Washington university with a bachelor's degree in Elementary education and endorsement in literacy. While earning my degree I student taught kindergarten and first grade for a year and a half. Once I finished the required hours I became a long term substitute there. I taught Kindergarten for a year. I'm currently working at a daycare however, I'm looking for a job with a more flexible schedule. Most importantly I'm looking for a job I can bring my baby with. I currently have my CPR and First Aid certification and my food handlers card. Thank you for taking the time to read my biography and I hope to hear from you soon.
