I follow Montessori system for child development. I've worked with 25 families for 10 years. Every parents are very keen in looking for someone that could watch over there kids and I understand that. As a mother myself I do have a hard time giving trust to someone for the safety of my kids. I will try my best that my employer will be comfortable and at ease while they are at work in order for them to focus in there job. I always update parents the status of the kids while under my care. I make sure that the kids needs are given and they will not be bored while waiting for there parents. I encourage kids to do activities like craft/ arts, music or sports.

Belle is incredibly detail-oriented and highly observant, always noticing the little things that truly matter in a child’s development and daily routine. She communicates clearly and consistently with our family, keeping us informed about milestones, behaviors, and any concerns, which gives us great peace of mind. I would recommend setting clear expectations from the beginning regarding other child related responsibilities such as food preparation, laundry etc to ensure alignment, but once expectations are communicated, Belle follows through responsibly.
