About Maiza

Supporting children's growth through patience, creativity, and individualized care is my passion. With four years of experience working with children, including professional experience as a Behavior Technician in an ABA setting, I have developed skills in supporting children's communication, learning, and independence. My approach combines educational activities, play-based learning, visual schedules, and positive reinforcement to encourage development. I enjoy helping children build new skills through books, crafts, interactive games, and hands-on activities while creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. I believe every child learns differently, and I strive to provide patient, compassionate care tailored to each child's needs. I value open communication with parents and enjoy working together to support children's growth, confidence, and happiness.
