Maiya was wonderful when we started our conversation! She had wonderful answers about how to care for kids. However, her responses started to take longer and longer to come through. On the day we were supposed to meet she didn't communicate prior that she had an issue come up and maybe couldn't meet and she wanted to reschedule. Then she completely stopped responding when I was asking her if she was coming and was a no show for the interview process.
