About Maisie

Hi families! My name is Maisie (like daisy), and I'm a student at FGCU with 8 years of babysitting experience. I've worked with children from 12 months to 13 years old in both babysitting and classroom settings! Over the years, I've gotten the chance to work in a variety of childcare settings. Most notably, I spent two years as an after-care teacher at a Montessori preschool, and spent a school year as a teacher's assistant in a second grade class. I also was a camp counselor for a summer and was voted Most Patient Counselor by my coworkers, and taught swim lessons at Goldfish Swim School for 6 months. I'm comfortable stepping into different routines and adjusting to what each child needs, while still making sure they're having a fun and exciting time! I'm quite easygoing and flexible, but I'm also very responsible and dependable. Whether you're looking for someone to stick closely to a routine or someone who's ready to play, be silly, and keep up with the kids, I'm happy to help!
